Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Window
- Local customers: 14 days from date of purchase
- Online orders: 14 days from delivery date
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Shipping
- Local customers: Returns can be made in person at our location at no cost
- Online orders: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking information.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Opened or used hair care products
- Personal care items that have been unsealed
- Final sale or clearance items
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or product of equal value. The same return conditions apply.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
